This is a 5-fold ministry for women
Zelophehad’s Daughters
27 …The names of the daughters were Mahlah, Noah, Hoglah, Milkah and Tirzah. They came forward 2 and stood before Moses, Eleazar the priest, the leaders and the whole assembly at the entrance to the tent of meeting and said, … Give us property among our father’s relatives.”
5 So Moses brought their case before the Lord, 6 and the Lord said to him, 7 “What Zelophehad’s daughters are saying is right. You must certainly give them property as an inheritance among their father’s relatives and give their father’s inheritance to them.
Numbers 27:1-5 (New International Version)
Every fivefold minister should understand that they have been called by God, by virtue and glory. Working together as a 5-fold ministry team involves recognizing and appreciating the unique gifts and abilities of each member.
Here are practical steps to foster effective collaboration:
Embrace Your Unique Calling:
God has gifted each of us with distinct abilities. Recognize your role within the team and operate in alignment with your calling.
Teamwork:
The 5-fold ministry is not meant to be carried out by one person alone. Each member contributes their strengths, and together, they form a cohesive unit. Complement each other’s weaknesses by learning from one another.
Pursue Unity and Diversity:
Unity doesn’t mean uniformity. Just as creation displays diversity, the 5-fold ministry emphasizes unity through diversity. No single expression of ministry can fully encapsulate all that Jesus is. We need all five offices (apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, and teacher) to fully express Christ to the world.
Continuous Growth:
Develop and grow in your specific role. Seek to mature spiritually and practically. As you grow, you’ll better serve the body of Christ.
